What will KYLA KLEANING do in my home?
We customize our cleaning services to your needs. We match you with one cleaner so they will know to do those little things you like each and every time. Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, laundry, you name it we will do it!
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
All equipment and supplies we provide, even most special requests we can accomodate.
How do I pay for the service?
We send monthly email invoices which can be paid by etransfer or cheque. No cash is accepted.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday we will do our best to still come and clean that day. If we cannot then we will contact you a week prior to reschedule to a different day and time that is convenient for you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we feel we need to earn your continued business. We are happy to continue to clean your home, as long as you would love to have us clean your home.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
You do not need to do anything before we come visit, but if you were prefer the cleaners to spend their time cleaning instead of tidying, we would recommend a quick tidy before we arrive.
What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?
We can happily say that we have NEVER had an incident thus far, but in the case that ever an accident should happen we would happily repair or replace it immediatly.
